The hourly rate for virtual services starts at $42 for basic administrative services, and will be billed in half-hour increments; there is a one-hour minimum per day. Services requiring advanced skillset and management will be priced accordingly. Inquire about availability with an e-mail to info @ girlfridayonline.com
This rate includes administration of first-rate service as well as office and equipment rental. Expenses are billed in addition to the hourly rate on your invoice. Expenses are items such as: purchases made on your behalf, special projects requiring outside printing or custom paper stock, long distance charges incurred on your behalf, postal and express shipping costs, etc. I do not markup such items, I simply pass my cost on to you. Travel is billed at the standard IRS rate for the current tax year.
I require that clients sign a work agreement before I begin a project. This agreement states that we have agreed on an hourly rate and billing cycle, and that I am working as an independent contractor (1099). New clients may be required to submit a down payment before work can begin. Invoices are submitted via e-mail or mail.
Payment is due immediately upon receipt of invoice.
